Culture defined as entrepreneurial norms and values is mostly likely fostering innovation than a culture that embraces conservatism and/or bureaucracy.In my experience the creation of a structure that fosters innovative behavior, begins with top leadership equipped to provide vision, inspiration, and credit to demonstrate integrity, provide meaning, develop objectives, generates trust, and communicates values. As a leader, you must do to a greater extent than just hold the title as a CEO, you must exercise leadership through setting the example for others to emulate. Leaders must also influence and motivate managers to incorporate vision, strategic planning, and elements of quality anxiety into the full range of the organizations activities.Leaders must be knowledgeable of the fact that creativity and innovation is the heart and soul of their organization. bare-ass ideas can lead to programs/products that are superior to those already in human beings or planned in an organization. Leaders should be continuously curious for new ideas and programs that supersede what the organization is currently committed to and producing. Lets dub it as progression.
